Hello! I am a graduate student in the Communication MA/PhD program at the University of Washington.

I study political communication and journalism with a focus on the United States. After working in public opinion research with NORC at the University of Chicago, I returned to graduate school to explore questions related to news consumption and political attitude development among young people. In my research, I employ survey and interview-based methods.

Outside of graduate school, you can find me at my ceramics studio, dreaming up new ways to make ordinary objects beautiful.
